Please allow 1-3 working days for order processing before the shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
After we ship your order, it usually takes around 7-15 working days for the order to be delivered. Sometimes it can take shorter or longer, depending on your country of residence. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders (Tracked & Insured).
Our products are shipped from our warehouse in China due to faster processing time and lower fees. Shipping rates are fixed and they don’t change depending on number of items you order – you pay only one shipping rate (if you choose paid shipping) or the shipping is free, depending on the option you choose on the checkout page. All delivery times are estimate. Bull Terrier World is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
Customs and Duties
Please note, all customs and duties fees are the customer’s liability and may be charged to you upon receipt of your international shipment.
Refused Packages
A $10 fee will be charged for refused shipments. The fee will be subtracted from any refund.
